Panoro to acquire additional share in non-operated assets offshore Equatorial Guinea Kosmos Energy agreed to divest its Ceiba and Okume complex assets offshore Equatorial Guinea to current block partner Panoro Energy. Kosmos retains interests in exploration blocks EG-24 and EG-01.
